Renee Shealy is a graduate of Francis Marion University. She began her career with the agency in 1987 in the Columbia regional office water program.
She has worked as an enforcement officer in the Bureau of Land and Waste Management, and in the Bureau of Air Quality as a director and assistant bureau chief. In 2012, Renee became the Chief of the Bureau of Environmental Health Services. Renee previously worked as an Associate Planner with the Central Midlands Council of Governments.
