SCDES is now offering an on-line platform for final inspection requests for onsite wastewater systems. You will be able to use the SCDES OSWW Finals Inspection Scheduler to schedule, reschedule, and cancel your final inspections.
Once the booking is submitted, you will receive a confirmation email notifying you that the request has been received. If the time slot is not available, please contact SCDES at BRLS-OSWW-Field-Admin@des.sc.gov to schedule. We hope this will make the scheduling process easier and afford you the ability to manage your final inspections at your convenience.
As a reminder, the SCDES OSWW Finals Inspection Scheduler will be available 24 hours in advance of the requested inspection date and time. Final inspection requests submitted to BRLS OSWW Field Admin must be submitted prior to 10 AM on the business day before the desired date of inspection. Requests after 10 AM must be submitted to the SCDES OSWW Finals Inspection Scheduler. All self-inspection forms must be submitted within 48 business hours after the scheduled date of inspection.
