Watershed Plans serve as the framework for water quality restoration and protection work in a watershed. Watersheds with an approved watershed plan can be eligible for implementation funding, including the Section 319 Grant. Any eligible organization can apply for Section 319 Grant funding using a publicly available, approved watershed plan, even if that organization is not the author of the watershed plan.
