The Department of Environmental Services (SCDES) is seeking input on the proposed application from Mungo Homes to disturb land to facilitate construction of 65 single family homes as well as associated roads and infrastructure. SCDES invites interested people to an informational session, public hearing, and/or to provide written comments. The informational public meeting will include:
SCDES’s role in the proposed application and applicable regulatory requirements for the pending application
Scope of the proposed project and brief description of stormwater controls for the site
The public meeting will be held from 6:00 – 7:00 PM, with the public hearing beginning at 7:00 PM.
