Costs denied due to incomplete work, insufficient documentation, lack of prior approval, or other identified deficiencies may be eligible for review. The costs denied will be identified in the payment notification letter issued by the Division’s Finance Section. The recipient may submit a Request for Review (RFR) using the designated form (PDF) within 30 calendar days of the date of the payment notification letter.
