SCDES will hold a public meeting and hearing to seeking input on this proposed modification of WTR-Land Application Permit: ND008647 for Terra Renewal Services, Inc., on Thursday, March 19, 2026. The public meeting will begin at 5:00 pm, followed by a formal public hearing at 6:00 pm.
The meeting and hearing will be held at Darling County Library, 204 North Main Street, Darlington, SC 29532.
Interested parties are invite to to attend the public hearing and/or to provide written comments on this proposed permit.
